Domain Rights: Ownership of chiciii.com and related subdomains belongs solely to us; malicious registration of confusing similar domain names to mislead consumers is prohibited.
2. Prohibited Infringing Activities
Any individual or merchant engaging in the following violations will face legal remedies including DMCA takedown notices, civil compensation claims and third-party platform store strikes:
Unauthorized downloading, screenshotting or web-scraping our product imagery, videos and campaign visuals for commercial use on Shopify, Amazon, Shein, Instagram, TikTok or other e-commerce/social platforms.

Mass manufacturing low-cost counterfeit copies of our original clothing, shoe and bag silhouettes.
Counterfeit goods or marketing materials using stolen Chiciii trademarks and logos.
Registering confusingly similar domain names or social media accounts to mislead consumers.
3. User-Generated Content Copyright Terms
By uploading customer fit photos and videos to our review sections, you automatically grant Chiciii perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive commercial usage rights for website, social media and advertising promotion. Original copyright remains with the uploader; no royalty payment is owed for commercial usage.
4. Third-Party DMCA Takedown Process
If you believe content on our site infringes your intellectual property rights, submit a complete DMCA notice to contact@chiciii.com including:
Right holder identity verification and valid IP certificates (trademark, copyright or design registration);
Direct links and screenshots of the allegedly infringing content;
