1. Agreement Acceptance

By accessing, registering or placing orders on https://chiciii.com, you fully read and agree to all clauses within these Terms of Service, alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Intellectual Property Statement, all of which form binding parts of this agreement. Discontinue website use immediately if you disagree with any provision. 

2. User Account Rules

Real valid delivery and contact information is required for registration. Impersonating others’ identity, email or payment accounts is prohibited.

Users are fully responsible for all orders and purchases made under their account; secure your login password independently.

We reserve rights to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts with fake registration, malicious orders, excessive returns or false complaints.

3. Product & Order Terms

All product images and descriptions are for reference only. Minor fabric color difference and silhouette deviation are not manufacturing defects; always refer to size charts before checkout.

Prices and promotional discounts update in real time. A binding sales contract is formed upon successful payment; unpaid orders do not reserve inventory.

We reserve the right to cancel unshipped orders due to inventory errors or supply shortages, with full refunds issued to original payment accounts.

Wholesale & resale customers must contact support in advance for cooperation terms; bulk stockpiling for commercial resale from retail checkout is forbidden.

4. Payment Terms

We support PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and other global payment gateways. Payment data is encrypted by third-party processors; we do not store full credit card details. Paid orders cannot be unilaterally canceled; refunds are only permitted per our return policy.

5. Prohibited User Conduct

Violations below may result in account suspension and liability compensation claims:

Web scraping to mass copy product images, descriptions and pricing data;

Fake orders, malicious brushing or intentional parcel refusal;

Exploiting website vulnerabilities for profit, distributing malware or spam ads;

Posting abusive, infringing, violent or discriminatory comments;

Unauthorized commercial use of our brand logos and product media on third-party platforms.

6. Liability Limitation

We only provide support assistance for delays, customs fees or lost parcels caused by third-party carriers, payment processors or customs authorities, and shall not compensate indirect damages (lost revenue, travel costs etc.).

All apparel items are designed for daily styling only; no medical or functional performance guarantees apply.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, port strikes, global logistics shutdowns) excise full performance obligations; only full product refunds will be issued without additional compensation.

7. Intellectual Property & User Generated Content

All website text, imagery, trademarks and designs are exclusive intellectual property of Chiciii. By submitting reviews and photos, you grant us perpetual, non-exclusive global usage rights for brand promotion without additional royalties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Cross-border consumer disputes shall first be resolved via customer service negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be litigated at local courts of our business location.

9. Policy Updates

We may revise these Terms periodically. Revised versions will be posted on policy pages, and continued website use constitutes acceptance of updated clauses.
