The product packaging is great, and the delivery was super fast. Usually, they just leave it downstairs at my company, and I have to go pick it up myself. But this time, the delivery guy actually brought it right to my office and handed it to me. The service attitude is really awesome.

The quality's pretty good. When I got it, I realized the quality was nice, and I wanted to switch the color. I contacted customer service to exchange it, and they were super friendly and helpful. The replacement product was awesome too, and it arrived really fast. Five stars!
